1. Rip-and-Ship Services
- All purchases marked as “rip-and-ship” will be opened live on our Twitch stream (@AgentDMG).
- Once opened, the product is considered fulfilled and non-refundable, regardless of pull results.
- We do not guarantee specific cards or outcomes.
2. Product Availability & Pricing
- Product availability is subject to change without notice.
- Prices are based on market rates and may fluctuate.
- We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
3. Customer Responsibility
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have a guardian’s consent to place an order.
4. Fraud & Misuse
We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect may involve fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms. We may refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
5. Content & Media Use
By purchasing rip-and-ship products, you agree that video clips or highlights from your pack openings may be used for promotional or social content by AgentDMG.
